Custom Product Return Policy

As our products are custom-made according to your specific requirements, we have established the following return policy:
Return Eligibility
Returns or reprints will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Production Error: If the delivered product does not match the approved digital artwork in terms of:
- Design elements
- Colors (taking into account normal variation between digital display and print)
- Text
- Overall quality
- Damage During Shipping: If products arrive damaged due to shipping issues, with evidence of the damage.
2) It is your responsibility to carefully review all aspects of the digital proof including design, colors, text, and measurements.
3) Your approval of the digital artwork constitutes acceptance of the design as presented.
4) Production will begin only after we have received your explicit approval of the digital artwork.

Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Design changes requested after production has begun
- Color variations that fall within standard printing tolerances
- Issues that were present in the approved digital proof
- Orders canceled after production has begun
Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or reprint:

- Provide your order number, detailed description of the issue and photos documenting the problem.
- Our quality control team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arrange for inspection.
Resolution Options

- Partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue

Shipping Costs for Returns
